Hotel Accommodations – Sheraton Refuge Hotel, Flowood

For out-of-town medical students or residents, we will offer complimentary rooms on SATURDAY night at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel at 2200 Refuge Blvd, Flowood, MS. These rooms will be provided exclusively for our conference registrants and will be shared among two or three persons of the same gender who are also conference registrants. SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY.

Attendance Policy

If you have indicated you need a Saturday night hotel room, MAFP Foundation provides this room for you in exchange for your agreement to attend the entire Spring Fling conference on Saturday including all scheduled sessions and the Saturday evening reception. Sunday attendance is optional.

Hotel Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours Notice Required

If your plans change, room reservations must be cancelled within 24 hours in order to ensure MAFP will receive credit for the room cancellation. Attendees who do NOT provide the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation will be billed by MAFP for costs associated with hotel accommodations.
