AAFP Commissions

Nominations are accepted annually for AAFP commissions. Only chapters can submit nominations for commissions and the AAFP Delegation to the AMA.

Nominations must include:

• Nomination letter from the chapter,
• Commission nomination form and photo,
• Completion of the online conflict of interest form.
