2 – Pork Ribeye – Seared and coated with a Honey Ginger Glaze served alongside Mashed Potatoes and Sauteed Green beans
3 – Shrimp & Grits – 8 Large Gulf Shrimp pan-seared and served over a bed of Pimento Cheese Grits w/ a Creole Cream Sauce. Topped with Crumbled Bacon and Parmesan Cheese.
