Live Healthy Tag

Tag! You’re It!

Remind your fellow Mississippians to  live a healthy lifestyle just by driving your car. The Live Healthy specialty license tag promotes our belief in wellness for all Mississippians. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each car tag benefits the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and our vision for a healthy Mississippi.

How to get your tag:

  1. Go to your local County Tax Collector’s office to purchase or renew your license tag.
  2. Request the LIVE HEALTHY license plate.
  3. An additional fee of $31 will be charged for the Live Healthy tag.
  4. This fee will be charged each time you renew the Live Healthy license plate, with $24 going back to the MAFP Foundation.
